Address: Suncoast Hospice 5771 Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33760 24 hour live phone HOS-PICE (467-7423) Gathering Place Bldg Room “C” Directions: Coming from the West (Clw, Largo etc) take Roosevelt Blvd east toward the Clw Airport Turn Left at the light on Roosevelt and 58th St Turn Left into first driveway (Suncoast Hospice) Cross first driveway Turn into parking lot at 2nd right There are two bldgs with covered walkways. The Gathering Place is the bldg on the right as you face the bldgs Room C is directly off the lobby. Coming from the East (Bay Bridge, 275, Tampa, etc) take Roosevelt Blvd west towards Clearwater You will pass Bay Vista office complex Next drive on the right is Suncoast Hospice, turn right Turn right at first driveway Turn right into parking lot There are two bldgs with covered walkways.
